•For the first time during the winter flight season Montenegro will see connections to Ukraine, as concluded at the meeting held between Danilo Orlandic, CEO of Airports of Montenegro and diplomatic representatives of the official Kyiv to Podgorica.
•Orlandic met with Ms. Fiialka Natalya, Charge d’Affaires and Mr. Mykhailo Shamatov, Consul to discuss optimum arrangements for introducing direct service between the capitals of the two countries starting as of December 1st, with due observance of the complex epidemiological situation.
•"Becoming connected with Ukraine during the winter season as well will be a game-changer in the aviation and tourism industry of Montenegro", said Orlandic.
•The importance of the Ukrainian market to Montenegro is best reflected in the fact that over 60.000 tourists from Ukraine visited Montenegro last year, making more than 460.000 overnight stays. Almost 89 thousand passengers from Ukraine arrived at Tivat Airport, with the total of 543 handled aircrafts.
