From June 15, the Government of Ukraine cancelled the temporary ban on foreigners and stateless persons crossing the state border of Ukraine and allowed foreigners and stateless persons to enter Ukraine, taking into account the following:

1. There is a mandatory requirement for all foreigners to have a policy (certificate) of insurance concerned with the treatment of COVID-19. This requirement will not apply only to those foreigners and stateless persons who are permanently residing in Ukraine.

2. The states from which foreigners and stateless persons enter Ukraine are divided into two groups.

The first category includes "green list" countries, in which the number of active cases of COVID-19 is less than 40 people per 100 thousand population. Foreigners entering from these countries and who have been in these countries for the last 14 days before entering Ukraine are free to enter Ukraine.

The second category includes the "red list" countries, in which the number of active cases of COVID-19 is more than 40 people per 100 thousand population. Foreigners entering from these countries and who have been in these countries during the last 14 days before entering Ukraine, enter Ukraine under the condition of mandatory observation or self-isolation using the electronic service "Dii vdoma".
