On August 14 Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in Montenegro Nataliia Fiialka, President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gennadiy Chyzhykov and Secretary General of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro Pavle D. Radovanović met in Bar.

During the meeting the parties discussed a further deepening of cooperation between Ukraine and Montenegro in the trade and economic spheres, tourism, energy, agriculture, metallurgy, information technology, logistics, construction and more.

Nataliia Fiialka stressed that the friendly relations between Ukraine and Montenegro had laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in both the political and economic spheres, and stressed the Embassy's readiness to promote the establishment of relations between the two countries' business.

Gennadiy Chyzhykov stressed that cooperation between the two countries had great untapped potential. The President of the CCI of Ukraine announced his readiness to hold a zoom conference in the near future as well as receive a delegation of Montenegrin business in Ukraine. In addition, he expressed readiness to develop business councils between the two countries.

P. Radovanović acquainted with investment projects that are being implemented or planned in the priority sectors of Montenegro and may be of interest to Ukrainian business. In addition, P. Radovanovych stressed the readiness to hold a business forum between the two countries after the stabilization of the situation with COVID-19.

The parties stressed their readiness to cooperate both bilaterally and within the framework of international associations of chambers.
