Unfortunately, we would like to inform you that due to the increase in the incidence rate in Montenegro, according to the updated list of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, from July 3, Montenegro is included in the "red" list of countries.

In practice this means that Ukrainian citizens and foreigners returning to or traveling to Ukraine from Montenegro must undergo a mandatory 14-day observation or self-isolation. Self-isolation is carried out on the basis of the phone application "Dij.Vdoma". Observation or self-isolation is terminated if a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained by PCR after crossing the state border. That is, even if there is a valid negative test result for COVID-19 obtained abroad, a person must undergo observation or self-isolation, and is free after receiving such a result from the Ukrainian laboratory.
