Dear colleagues, we would like to inform you that the VII International Youth Festival of Arts "Pisennyi Spas" will take place in September 17-19, 2021 in Zhytomyr, Ukraine. The Festival has become a landmark event for Ukraine and is a mass cultural and artistic event that combines different types, genres and forms of creative art. The Festival will host the Volodymyr Shynkaruk International Competition for Young Performers in the following nominations:

•  "Pop singer" aged 14 to 35 years;
• "Author of the author's song" aged from 14 to 35 years;
• "Entertainer" - no age restrictions.

There is no entrance fee for the participation in the competition. You can apply on the Festival by the website at https://bit.ly/3iqRA4p. Applications are accepted until August 19, 2021.

The first qualifying round of the competition will take place online. Participants who will pass the qualifying round are invited to Zhytomyr. The second round of the competition will take place at the Zhytomyr Academic Regional Puppet Theater and will be broadcast online.

The award ceremony and the Gala Concert of the festival will be held at „The Rakushka”  Summer Theater live on All-Ukrainian and local TV channels. We hope that the quarantine will not prevent the presence of spectators in the hall.
